Chapter Overview
The Atlanta Chapter of AGA serves government financial management professionals across Georgia’s state agencies, metro Atlanta local governments, federal offices, public school systems and higher education institutions. We provide professional development, networking and leadership opportunities for auditors, accountants, financial managers and oversight professionals dedicated to accountability and transparency in the public sector. Our History
The Atlanta Chapter formed to connect public-sector finance professionals in Georgia and promote accountability and transparency in public finances. Over the years the chapter has expanded programming and member services to include certification support, student outreach and regional collaboration among state, local and federal agencies.
